"here i am" is a song i wrote to help raise awareness of alzheimer's disease. it is presented from the perspective of someone struggling with the symptoms of alzheimer's and not understanding where all their friends and family have disappeared to. this person woke up one day and now everything is different. 50% of all proceeds from the sales of "here i am" will be donated to alz.org to help with their efforts to find a cure. you can find out more information about alzheimer's disease at their website via the link.
